We have now set the release date for Pascal's second album "Galgberget". It will be released 22nd of january. The first (limited) edition will come with a special sleeve so don't miss out in that. Big welcome to Paper
It is time to welcome a new band again. This time it is the kraut-punkers Paper and yet another trio here at Novoton. It will be a collaboration between the bands own Destruction Production and Novoton. Impedance Records are now ready to unleash the superb 'Two Minutes To Midnight' in Australia and New Zealand in a couple of weeks time. It will be available on CD and Digital Downloads. Antennas are preparing themselves for their upcoming European tour with lots of rehearsing right now. Release party and art exhibition
May 29 you are all welcome to a release party for Norma's debut EP "1". It will be held at Allmänna Galleriet in Stockholm (Kronobergsgatan 37). Join us there from 20:00 and get your own exclusive copy of “1” with a handmade recordcover! It’s also likley that there will be some kind of live performance. But this is not all. At 17:00 there is also opening night for the exhibition that is part of the release of “1”. New Signing - Norma
We welcome Norma, the latest addition, to our musical family. Norma is a three-piece orchestra, playing atmospheric pop influenced by krautrock with filmic elements. The limitations of only having three members is seen as a great opportunity too seek new and different ways in the making of songs and liveshows. Their debut EP will be out in the middle of may. It's that time of the year again and the magazines are starting to put together their "Best Of 2006" lists. Nöjesguiden magazine have put Extistensminimum's suberb album on no 9 on the list of the best Swedish releases this year and of course we are proud but we already new this and it should be much higher on the list if you ask us. Novak have decided to change their name to Antennas. The main reason for that is that their original name have been "hijacked" by another swedish artist (or jackass as we like to call him). That in combination of loosing one member and a little shift in musical style have brought on this change. We have just signed a new artist, Existensminimum, and we're very proud of working with him. We are used to see Existensminimum (Magnus Henriksson) as a spectacular drummer and percussionist in the Moneybrother band. But he also does his own music and produces other bands.
